ACCA INSURANCE

Price Boost:

1. You are eligible for a price boost offer on the market shown above these Terms and Conditions.

2. The stake on this boosted price can be limited. These limits can be found on the promotion page or will show on the betslip once exceeded.

3. Only real money bets are accepted. Additional winnings will be paid out as cash and it has no wagering requirements. The default odd is shown striked through on your betslip. This means, for example, if the default odd is 2.0 and the boosted odd is 3.0, you will have winnings paid out in cash for odds 3.0.

4. Bets cannot be placed with Risk Free Bets.

5. There are no wagering requirements.

6. Cooperating with other customers or betting on multiple outcomes in the same event in order to fulfill the wagering requirements is not allowed.

7. We reserve the right to remove players from this promotion and confiscate existing funds, if evidence of abuse or fraud is found.

ACCA Insurance:

1. To participate, you must accept the terms and conditions of the promotion (“Promotion”). 

2. Opt-in is required to take part in this Promotion and these Promotion terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by you when you opt-in. 

3. To be eligible for an ACCA Insurance you must: 

a. opt-in for ACCA Insurance by checking the opt-in box on the betslip; 

b. place your combination bet successfully with real money; 

c. have at least 5 selections at odds of 1.2 - 2.0 per selection. The total odds of the combination bet must be at least 5.0; 

d. have at least 5 selections at odds of 1.2 per selection. The total odds of the combination bet must be at least 5.0.

e. place your combination bet with a minimum stake of €0.10; and 

f. place your combination bet with a stake up to a maximum amount of €20. ACCA Insurance will not be available to combination bets with a stake over this amount. 

4. If your qualifying combination bet has 4 winning selections and no more than 1 lost selection(s) after it fully settles, you will be paid out with an ACCA Insurance real money up to the value of your stake in cash. Voided selections will not count as winning selections in regard to minimum winning selection requirements for ACCA Insurance real money pay out.  

5. If your bet stake exceeds the maximum ACCA Insurance real money payout amount of €20, your payout will be capped at this set maximum payout per qualifying bet. 

6. You can only claim up to 3 ACCA Insurance real money payouts per day. You are allowed to opt-in to ACCA Insurance on as many qualifying bets as you wish, but if you reach the maximum number of ACCA Insurance real money payouts within a given day, your remaining Insured real money bets will be forfeited. The daily window for payouts is based on a 24-hour period from 00.00.00 UTC to 23.59.59 UTC.

7. Where more than one qualifying insured bets settle simultaneously and the ACCA Insurance real money payout for all such settled bets would exceed the maximum daily number of payouts per day, the order of which bets will be paid out (and which will not) will be based upon the date and time of earliest bet placement.

8. In cases where your bet stake is split between a stake at your account limit and a bet stake forwarded for manual review, the ACCA Insurance real money will only cover the original bet at your limited bet stake.

9. Money received from ACCA Insurance payouts carries no wagering requirement.

10. We reserve the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this Promotion at any time. We reserve the right to limit the Promotion to selected players only based upon our sole commercial discretion. Furthermore, we reserve the right to exclude at our sole discretion any players that we consider are trying to abuse the Promotion or in case we have reason to believe that a player has breached the terms of this Promotion.

11. These terms and conditions are prepared in English language. If these terms and conditions are translated into another language, the English language version shall prevail in the event of a conflict.

12. Our decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

13. General Terms and Conditions and Sportsbook rules apply. By opting into this Promotion you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Promotion terms as well as the General Terms and Conditions and Sportsbook Rules.

Bet Builder :

1. This feature is only available on pre-match bets.

2. Bet Builder is only available on selected Football matches.

3. Bet Builder bets cannot be combined with other Bet Builder bets or other betting opportunities and will be placed as a single bet only.

4. A maximum of 6 selections and a minimum of 2 selections from a single match can be included in a bet builder bet.

5. If a market within a bet builder bet is void/pushed, then the entire bet builder bet will be void/pushed.

6. Betsafe is not responsible if this feature is not available for technical reasons.

7. Betsafe reserve the right to reverse a settlement of a bet builder bet if the bet or selection within the bet was settled in error.

8. Betsafe reserve the right to remove the feature for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the feature is being misused.

9. Management reserves the right to exclude any players from this promotion at any time at its own discretion.

10. Betsafe.lv reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and it is the customer´s responsibility to check for changes and updates.

11. Betsafe.lv reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.

12. In case of dispute, Betsafe's management’s decision is final.
